Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement preventive measures.
Train employees on safety protocols, including the proper use of equipment, handling of chemicals, and emergency response procedures.
Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence, with support from the HR department in administering and handling employee injury claims.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all operations comply with OSHA standards, environmental regulations, and other relevant safety and health laws.
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
Stay up-to-date with changes in safety regulations and best practices, ensuring continuous compliance.

Lead training sessions for staff on quality assurance processes and safety procedures.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness across the organization.
Leads our safety committee and proactively collaborates with managers and the maintenance department to enhance our safety controls and processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance and safety management, preferably in a manufacturing.
Candidate must have experience working in a regulated environment, demonstrating familiarity with strict compliance standards and procedures relevant to safety, quality, and industry-specific regulations.
In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
Basic knowledge of DOT regulations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
